Payday Map

Most budgets only show a monthly total. This map shows the real problem: money can run out on the 18th, while rent is due on the 20th and payday is on the 25th. Enter your paydays and bills, and see your balance day by day.

Bills

Add each bill, then press Calculate. Monthly bills use a due day of the month (clamped to the last day of shorter months). Weekly bills repeat on a weekday.

Assumptions and formula

Balance each day = previous balance + paydays that day − bills due that day − daily living cost. The starting balance is the balance before day 1. Monthly due days beyond a month's length are clamped to that month's last day (for example, day 31 becomes day 30 in April, or day 28/29 in February). Weekly bills and paydays repeat on their weekday. No interest, fees, tax, or inflation is included — include those in your own numbers if they apply.
